This policy explains how Ganin Fertility Services LLC ("Ganin Services", "we", "us") handles information collected through our website and our software applications.
Ganin Services is a software company. We license applications to fertility clinics. Where our software handles patient information, we do so on behalf of the clinic, which decides how that information is used and remains responsible for the care of its patients. We do not provide medical care.
Information we collect
- Contact information you provide directly, such as your name, email address, and telephone number.
- Health information handled on behalf of a clinic, where their software is configured to do so.
- Technical information such as device type, operating system version, and crash diagnostics.
How we use it
- To provide and support the software our clients license from us.
- To respond to questions and support requests.
- To maintain and improve the reliability of our applications.
- To meet legal, regulatory, and recordkeeping obligations.
What we do not do
We do not sell personal information. We do not share health information with advertisers. We do not use health information to train third party models.
How information is stored
Information is stored on access controlled systems and encrypted in transit. Access is limited to personnel who need it to deliver or support the software. Where our software processes information locally on a device, that information stays on the device unless it is deliberately sent to us.
Sharing
- With the clinic on whose behalf we process the information.
- With service providers who host or maintain our systems under written confidentiality obligations.
- Where required by law, court order, or regulatory authority.
International transfers
Our systems are operated from the United States. If you are located elsewhere, information you send us is transferred to and stored there. We apply the protections described in this policy regardless of where information is held.
Retention
We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service and satisfy applicable recordkeeping requirements, then delete or de-identify it.
Your choices
You may request a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where deletion is permitted by law. Write to privacy@ganinfertilityservices.com and we will respond within 30 days.
Children
Our software is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date above and, where the change is significant, notify affected clients directly.
